Our emphasis is on nature and culture, be it while trekking in the high Andes and Patagonia, diving and snorkeling in the Galapagos Islands and Indonesia, or simply visiting wild places such the Uyuni Salt flats, Machu Picchu Ruins and the Inca Trail, a safari in East or South Africa, or the tropical rain forest in the Amazon or Eastern Ecuador amongst many others.

Senderos Naturales is a boutique travel agency founded in 2001. It´s name translates to Nature trails.
We organize tailor made tours to different nature destinations in Latin America and other magical places in the world. We put our emphasis in discovering wild places and learning about different cultures and their surroundings.
Our commitment as a company is to contribute with sustainable development of our region. This implies giving a high degree of importance to the local communities, their traditions, and the conservation of their land.
We use local guides and we support conservation organizations as well as community development projects.

Macarena Iturralde is the General Manager and Trip
Designer in the office.
As a formerly naturalist guide in the Galápagos Islands, Peru and the Amazon rainforest she has developed a huge love for nature and it’s conservancy.
In the present she is a member of the General
Assembly of the Charles Darwin Foundation and a fellow of the Shackleton and Selous Society.
All this vast experience allows her to create unique itineraries for each group. Clients can count with her services as trip leader to make sure everything goes perfect in their journey.
MARKETING MANAGER
Joaquin López is a world wide traveler, passionate for Adventure Racing, Mountain Biking and Trail Running.
He has traveled to some of the world best adventure destinations seeking to learn from the local people, their traditions and eeger to discover unique locations
He is a Marketing major with emphasis and experience in outdoors education.
His vast experience outdoors allows him to recommend the best destinations for your travels with a personalized touch.
